📝 Selection Process

The hiring process at Infosys for SP and DSE roles typically involves the following stages:

1. Application & Shortlisting

2. Online Coding Assessment
   Shortlisted candidates take an online coding test. Your performance here directly influences whether you are considered for the Specialist Programmer or Digital Engineer role — stronger scores typically lead to the SP designation.
